Technically a complex hybrid between echinopsis, trichocereus, and lobivia.  We call it Trichocereus, but call it what you want.  Gorgeous red flowers on thes relatively compact growing cactus.  Tolerant of temperatures and rough conditions.  A spectacular proven cactus with hybrid vigor.
Sold as well rooted 6"+ divisions.  These all flower multiple times per year and will relatively quickly form nice specimens.
